She believes stress & anxiety aren't flaws—they are signals—and has developed a framework that has helped hundreds of individuals towards steady calm, confidence and clarity. Her framework blends lived experience with science-based and a mind & body approach. Gianna's credentials & trainings are founded in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, nutrition, yoga, and meditation. Alongside her private practice, she serves as a facilitator & wellness coach with Kaiser Permanente’s Lifestyle Medicine Department, where she teaches mindfulness and the holistic pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to groups and individuals experiencing the stress of chronic conditions. Gianna is dedicated to sharing her education & expertise to help others live a calmer & confident life.
