Gianna is an Integrative Stress & Anxiety Coach who helps individuals reduce racing thoughts and the overwhelming feelings that keeps them stuck in a draining cycle. She believes stress & anxiety aren't flaws—they are signals—and her work blends lived experience with science-based, mind–body approaches. With credentials & trainings in behavior science, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, nutrition, yoga, and meditation, she has guided hundreds of individuals toward greater balance, calm, and confidence through 1:1 and group programs. Alongside her private practice, she serves as a facilitator & wellness coach with Kaiser Permanente’s Lifestyle Medicine Department, where she teaches mindfulness and the holistic pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to groups and individuals experiencing the stress of chronic conditions. Gianna is dedicated to sharing her education & expertise to help others live a calmer & confident life.
