I recently took Gianna's Workshop Transform Stress to Success and cant say enough! My biggest takeaway from the workshop was applying self-awareness amidst stressors/events. I think all of the exercises require this in some form. I think though the ending comment (last slide) continues resonate with me: "we can have conscious and healthy relationships." It sends a simple, but powerful message of self affirmation and self love that can carry us through our stressful periods, sustain us, and allow us to apply plans like what Gianna helped the class build. Also, I really liked the teaching style and the exercises (setting was amazing with the candles, warm room and rain!) - Gianna took time to authentically solicit feedback from people during the class, but I saw too, Gianna paused to also respond in a way that people were seen and heard. Gianna's composure and calm is amazing. It invites people to connect to the content and to her - how can anyone not walk away in a ventral state or at least get so much closer to it than with what they walked in with! I would definitely recommend this workshop to others and will.
